A great success for the #H2020RTR21
European Conference
EGVIAfor2Zero, ERTRAC, CCAM Association and the European Commission organised the fifth edition of the H2020RTR conference in Brussels.
More than 300 participants attended the conference on 29th and 30th March to listen to presentations from 66 projects funded by the Horizon 2020 programme, among which 21 have been funded under the European Green Vehicles Initiative (EGVI).
During more than 1.5 days, throughout 20 parallel sessions, the attendees learned about the projects’ achievements and their most promising results for future market uptake. They got a glimpse of future research needs in the areas covered by the conference: Green Vehicles, Urban Mobility, Logistics, Intelligent Transport Systems, Safety, Automated Road Transport …
Thanks to the presentations and lively discussions with the audience, the conference delivered a holistic view of how the European research scene is moving forward in these fields, bringing benefits to the environment, economy, and European society overall.
At the end of the first day, EGVIAfor2Zero, BEPA and the Joint Research Center signed a Collaboration Agreement to support battery testing activities. An important step forward towards more collaboration at EU level!
